Khajur Kya Hai?

Khajur (Dates) ek meetha fal hai jo Phoenix dactylifera naamak ped par ugta hai. Yeh zyada tar garam ilakon jaise ki Madhya Purasht, Arab desh, Iran, Pakistan aur Bharat ke kuch hisson mein paya jata hai.

Khajur Kaisi Hoti Hai?

  • Aakar: Chhoti, lambi aur ande (oval) jaise hoti hai.
  • Rang: Kachchi halat mein hari, aur pakne par bhuri, laal ya kaali ho sakti hai.
  • Swaad: Bahut meethi hoti hai, aur natural taur par chini ka swad deti hai.
  • Texture: Naram aur chipchipi hoti hai, magar kuch prakar ki khajur sukhi bhi hoti hai.
